Kathryn Garren Inan, WHNP-BC, is excited to be a part of the team at Ideal Gynecology, LLC, with locations in greater Atlanta, Georgia proudly serving the communities of Stockbridge, Conyers, Locust Grove, Hampton, Covington, Jackson, Buckhead, Vinings, Smyrna, Roswell, Alpharetta, Midtown, and Sandy Springs, GA. Kathryn has always been committed to women's health, and she is extremely passionate about providing care that allows her patients to feel heard, understood, and empowered.
Kathryn earned her degree as a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner from the Emory Woodruff School of Nursing. Prior to obtaining her Master's Degree in Nursing, she was a member of the inaugural traditional nursing class at Anderson University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. She served as a member of the executive board of the Student Nurses' Association for 3 years and volunteered her time in medical missions to Nicaragua. Kathryn's exceptional clinical skills have been recognized and she is a winner of the Peggy Deane Award for Clinical Excellence.
Her clinical focus includes contraceptive care management, endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain, use of saline-infused sonohysterography and endometrial biopsy to diagnose and manage the care of abnormal bleeding and other uterine or endometrial abnormalities, weight management, and promoting wellness during menopause.
A native of South Carolina, Kathryn makes frequent trips back home to Greenville or Lake Hartwell to visit family, and when she can, watch the Clemson Tigers play football. She has lived in the Atlanta area for four years and currently resides in Brookhaven. She and her fiance enjoy traveling the world, getting outside to throw the football, and watching various Atlanta sporting events.
